By accessing or using the Starkid platform operated by Universica Digital (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Starkid is an AI-powered preschool management and child-development ecosystem that connects schools, teachers, and parents. Our platform provides development tracking, communication tools, and school management features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Starkid. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for all accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Share, distribute, or misuse any child-related data accessed through the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Upload malicious content, spam, or any material that violates third-party rights.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Starkid platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Universica Digital and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to Starkid (photos, notes, messages). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide our services.
7. Payment Terms
Certain features of Starkid may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to our refund policy.
8. Privacy
Your use of Starkid is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimers
Starkid is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. While our AI provides developmental insights, it is not a substitute for professional medical or educational advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Universica Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
